A few people in the Yahoo Roland FR-8X club were having some issues with knowing how to do the update to this latest firmware, so because many people there helped me out and in an effort to return a little to the community, I put together the recordings that I made during my own update process and shared it. Now, I was not intending to make it public and so my camera technique was indeed sloppy. I wasn’t paying attention to camera focus and some scenes are a bit blurry, but not to the point that they affect the intent of the video.
That said, here is the video that I slapped together with a combination of Pinnacle Studio Ultimate and Camtasia 9.
