This post is a little addendum to my post of a couple of weeks ago. Since then I have completed the video of the Pesaturo workshop at the New England Accordion Connection and Museum Company and in this posting and am awaiting his OK on if any edits are desired before that ever goes public. However, I want to present to you a little post about another video that I made after the event was completed.
Once everyone was gone, Paul, my mother and I went in to the “New Accordions” section of his museum and we recorded for about 20 minutes. The topic? His wonderful and at the time, just newly released book!
This is the first time that I have ever set up the cameras to record an interview style of recording. Though I had a basic idea of how to do it, it was all new to me, but the results were quite nice. We basically wanted to get a quick introduction of how the museum came to be, which lead to the book and of course, the different ways to get the book. I had a lot of fun doing it.
Anyways, it was all wonderful and we all had a few chuckles while making it. Here is the video:
Now, I made the decision to not be in the video, so that it doesn’t detract from the message, and that message is… GET THE BOOK, IT’S FANTASTIC!
